Real Estate Development
In an effort to help improve the housing quality in neighborhoods throughout the Inland Empire, NPHS has partnered with Cities and other entities and is rehabilitating homes and building new homes for low and moderate-income families. All families who are placed in these homes utilize one of NPHS’ down payment assistance programs to help make their monthly mortgage payments affordable.
Neighborhood Partnership Housing Services, Inc. (NPHS) supports the participation in the National Community Stabilization Trust (NCST). The NPHS Real Estate Development Team has extensive experience in the acquisition, rehab, and resale of vacant and abandoned homes. NPHS is a well prepared buyer with a program that fits with NCST’s system of quick purchases in a targeted area. In fiscal year 2010, NPHS will impact a minimum of twenty (20) properties located in the Inland Empire (San Bernardino and Riverside Counties). It is anticipated that all twenty foreclosed vacant homes will be rehabilitated and sold to low-to-moderate income families located in the Inland Empire by the end of July, 2010.
