NPHS offers a variety of down payment assistance programs for residents living in the Inland Empire. These down payment assistance programs are giving families opportunities to fulfill their dream of home ownership. While serving low-to-moderate income families, NPHS offers deferred loans which dramatically reduce monthly mortgage payments. At this time we have the following programs available:
