Homebuyer Education and Counseling
Highly trained and professional staff are available to provide both pre and post purchase counseling. Individual counseling is available on loan programs, credit, budgeting, and other homeownership-related topics. In addition, workshops for potential homebuyers and current homeowners are conducted on a regular basis. All counseling and workshops are provided in both English and Spanish. There is a cost of $20 per person for credit
Green Building Design and Construction
By integrating “green” components into its housing rehabilitation and new construction projects, NPHS is helping the environment as well as saving homeowners money on utility costs.
